Lease Terms


The customer pays 100% of estimated car rental hours or makes an advance payment, equal to the minimum cost of renting a car, prior to its use.

Upon expiration of the paid time of car rental the customer is obliged to pay an additional fee for each subsequent hour of work.

Time rounding is done up to 1 hour in a big way.

The customer pays parking fees at the time of car rental.

Travel outside the city of Astana is paid by the customer additionally.

The customer has no right to force the driver to violate traffic rules.

Passenger smoking and alcoholic beverages drinking is allowed with the driver's consent.

In case of damage to the car or it's interior caused by a customer, the latter must reimburse damage to the driver.

In case of malfunction of a leased vehicle, the contractor replaces it immediately for the vehicle of the same class.
